Doug Leblanc grew up in a quiet coastal community in Nova Scotia, where strong values of hard work, trust, and community shaped his early life. Later, he moved to Vancouver and built a successful corporate career, serving as a national quality control manager responsible for product standards and customer experience across a global organization.

Through years of leadership experience, Doug learned that true customer satisfaction comes from consistency, integrity, and a commitment to quality. However, as he and his wife Tanya raised their three sons, they began to miss the slower pace and strong sense of community they once had in the Maritimes.

Inspired by a simple moment over a cup of coffee, Doug and Tanya made the life-changing decision to return to Nova Scotia and build a new future rooted in family, entrepreneurship, and community.

Today, they proudly run their business while raising their sons in the coastal village where Doug’s story first began, combining professional experience with the values of small-town life.
